f1rst

hello.
This is my first post so HOLLA AT DA DOLLA haha jk
Today I woke up at 9, and lazed it bed till 9:30 and then had breakfast. I was supposed to go for lunch with papa but nah, we postponed it to friday morning before i go for a shopping trip with Joanne!
Nat left today which means that I won't have someone reminding me to eat (clean) and run at ecp with me for the next 5 days.
And I did something terribly stupid today. I was gonna go for a run THINKING that my calves have healed... but I think I made it worse sigh.
ok so how did I hurt my calves???
Story:
I had trainings on Monday, Thursday and Saturday - now it's Monday and Saturday
So, Monday I had training, Tuesday we had an hour of ab workout and wednesday was supposed to be my rest day but I felt too guilty because it was also my cheat day. So I  asked nat if she wna go for a run. And we did.. We ran 3 km and then did HIIT (which is interval running like 3 min jog 1 min sprint 1 min rest for about 1km) and then we walked another 2km. My legs literally d i e d... but never mind. It was all worth it :)
Then, I had training on thursday and I had to do loads of jumps for about half an hour and so my legs were kinda sore already. On friday, I decided to go for a run -yes with my sore legs- and ran 3km. Saturday I had training with the new coach and let me tell you, MAN HE IS ONE CRAY CRAY COACH ALRIGHT. Warm ups was not running and handstands anymore (which was now peanuts but ha ha ha perry doesn't know does he ;) ) but it was a lot on doing stuff on our toes -which basically meant that I was gonna use my calves a l o  t. Training that day was like seriously insane in the membrane. Next day, I ate a burger and felt guilty so nat and I went for a run, again. This time I could only run 3 and I walked 3 km because my calf was already hurting but I wanted to continue running.... Which I regret now because on Monday we had to do vault and my calves were hurting so much but I didn't want Amos and Perry to scold me so I pushed through the pain.

Sigh, moral of the story: Don't push it. I really regret it now. :-( I just hope my calves recover by saturday because that's when I have training.

Ok, that's all for now. Bye!
